Hokuriku IT Open Laboratory was established to promote IT research an
development through copperation between industry and academia, and to enhance
local industries by means of integrating research organizasions into academic
fields.
The all institutions are widely looked like a company, a university,
a research organization, a local self-governing body etc. , are opened to them,
and are seeking periodically. |
