3rd Project: StarBED3 (StarBED Cubic)

Apr. 1, 2011 Opening of the Hokuriku StarBED Technology Center as the research institution for the NICT' Network Testbed Research and Development Promotion Center.
Commenced, as a large-scale emulation testbed, research and development, set targets for dealing with and R&D life cycle support for the new-generation ICT system, and continued planning mutual coordination with JGN-X
Apr. 1, 2011 512 PC servers used for ten years were discarded.
552 PC servers of high specification were newly added : A total of 1,110 nodes.
