| Apr. 1, 2016 | Commenced StarBED4 project to apply our research achievements of the 3rd-term project of StarBED3 to public. Thus all things around humans and human themselves are connected to the network in the IoT generation, we started R&D activities to develop evaluation infrastructure for the generation which enables to introduce these entities and physical phenomena such as human behavior, cellar phones, sensors, and temperature and electromagnetic fields that connect these elements. |

| Apr. 1, 2021 | The 5th project has started. We aim to build a CyReal environment. In the CyReal environment, it is possible to seamlessly connect the parts configured by the simulation environment, emulation environment, and real environment, and change the abstraction level of each part. This environment can be consistently supported from theoretical evaluation to actual operation. |
