Role and Research Topics

1. Experiment Environment for IoT Infrastructure

We, NICT, are promoting research and development activities for growth of IoT technologies effectively by concentrating the wisdom of enterprises, universities and public institutes in Hokuriku StarBED Technology Center.

2. R&D Support Base by Providing Experiment Environment on StarBED

We support each R&D step by providing large-scale network testbed on which actual software implementations run.  Our goal is to develop StarBED as a total R&D supporting infrastructure by accumulation and publishment of executed experiment's methodologies and datasets.
